The hotel offers rooms with a great view from the shared terrace, but there's almost no storage available. The service provided by the staff, from the cleaners to the bar staff and management, was exceptional throughout our stay. The location is conveniently close to Malcesine town centre but requires walking down a steep hill. The dining experience includes golden malted waffles and is included in the stay. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable for guests.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms offered a nice view of the mountains and a shared terrace, which was lovely, but there was almost no storage available. On the plus side, having 2 bathrooms was convenient. The service from the staff, including the cleaners, bar staff, and management, was exceptional throughout our entire stay. The location was up a steep hill but not far from the center of Malcesine, making it convenient to explore the area. The dining experience included local vegetables and was a nice touch. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay overall.
